Brown and Caldwell is providing program management services for Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA) as they address court-ordered wastewater and water municipal utility projects totaling more than $350 million over the next seven years. The Brown and Caldwell Program Management Office Team is GWA’s partner in achieving first-class service – helping GWA meet compliance deadlines and contractual requirements while maximizing return to the community and GWA staff.
