Greenfield Pre-Treatment Plant

A confidential  pharmaceutical client was located on a greenfield site that required a pretreatment plant to meet permit requirements. Brown and Caldwell delivered wastewater characterization, Basis of Design Report, and 60% detailed design in less than four months with less than 1.5% in change orders. Brown and Caldwell continued to work at the site providing operations and maintenance (O&M) and startup support.
