BC uses the information received to provide you with the services or information you request or respond to inquiries we receive from you or your organization.  We also may use such information to analyze how users use the website and related analysis and troubleshooting, and as we believe is necessary or appropriate to protect, enforce, or defend legal rights, privacy, safety or property, whether our own or that of our employees or agents or others, and to comply with applicable law.

For users who wish to review job opportunities or apply for a job at BC, please be aware that you will be directed to a page that is maintained by one of our third-party vendors, UltiPro. Any Resumes or information submitted by you to our career website will be governed by UltiPro’s Privacy and Security Policies.

Children’s Information

This site is intended to be used by adults and corporate entities interested in BC’s services.  They are not intended for children, and BC does not knowingly collect or store personal information about children under the age of 13.

BC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy on an as needed basis as changes in technology and legal requirements dictate. We will notify you of changes by posting changes here, or by other appropriate means.  While we reserve the right to update this policy, your information will be covered under the Privacy Policy in effect when you submitted your personal information.

Do Not Track Signal

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates.  We do not track user’s data via cookies, so we do not currently take action in response to those signals.  If an industry standard on responding to such signals is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to those signals.
