These highly-active groups are open to all employees to develop new skills, network with one another, and grow professionally.

Increasing accessibility

We value all talent and recognize that an environment accessible to everyone creates space for the best ideas. In 2021, BC partnered with Disability:IN to advocate for the inclusion of people with disabilities within our workplace. BC is leveraging Disability:IN’s tools, resources, and guidance to set measurable actions to achieve disability inclusion and equality; being a part of the positive change towards more accessible workplaces everywhere.
