Use of ProjectWise at Brown and Caldwell
Introduction
ProjectWise is a software application that manages project drawings and other project data; and facilitates project collaboration between Brown and Caldwell and consultant project team members. Consultants will be required to use this software when specified in the contract. In some cases, consultants may be required to upload or download project files via ProjectWise regardless of any contract requirement.
The ProjectWise Explorer application is provided free of charge with the express written consent of Bentley Systems for consultants working on Brown and Caldwell projects. In cases where a Bentley Passport License is required, it may be the Consultants’ responsibility to purchase. This Passport License must be managed on-site using Bentley Select Server or must be hosted and managed by Bentley with their Select Server product.
Software Download
Contractors that are working on Brown and Caldwell projects will need to download and use the latest ProjectWise version. If ProjectWise is installed as part of your organization, consult with your company’s Help Desk to see if you can install this version of the software. If you don’t have ProjectWise click here to download ProjectWise Explorer 2023 (v.23.06.02.30).
Notes: The install files are large. We recommend that users download the files locally before installing. Please consult your Brown and Caldwell Project Manager for more information.
