Papers and Reports

The City of West Hollywood has implemented a multi-year program to annually clean, inspect, and rehabilitate approximately 10% of their wastewater collection system. The project, “Sewer Inspection & Design Project – East Side, Phase 1,” encompassed approximately 36,300 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch and 12-inch diameter Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) sanitary sewers situated in the public streets and alleys of established mixed residential and commercial neighborhoods. The goal for the first phase of the project was to provide an analysis of the condition of the inspected sewer system, report significant infiltration and inflow issues, identify structural and operational defects, and develop recommendations for the repair/rehabilitation of structurally deficient sewer lines and manholes.
