In this paper we will compare the shortcomings of the traditional approach to management structures and cost estimating with BC’s approach. BC has created an estimating/scheduling system called BACPAC (Brown and Caldwell Planning and Control) and a Design-to-Cost management structure known to DC. Used together they are called BACPAC/DC.
