Walnut Valley Water District, located in Los Angeles County, California, is currently planning to distribute reclaimed wastewater from the Pomona Water Reclamation Plant as an alternative source of supply in the greater Walnut Valley Area. This paper describes the year-long planning effort undertaken by the District to market this reclaimed water and to develop a feasible, implementation project that can be constructed with available federal, state and local funds.
