The $325 million progressive design-build project is Fulton County, Georgia’s largest capital project undertaken. The collaborative delivery approach with Brown and Caldwell and Archer Western enabled the team and Fulton County to innovate and incorporate risk mitigation measures and operator feedback throughout the design, construction, and commissioning process. Serving most of Northern Fulton County, the expanded facility provides the community and ratepayers an affordable and highly technical solution treating up to 32 million gallons per day in the membrane bioreactor (MBR) facility, while protecting the Chattahoochee River and ensuring environmental compliance for today and into the future.
