April 25th is national Bring Your Child to Work Day, an annual event sponsored by Take Our Daughters And Sons To Work Foundation, a nonprofit educational organization. It’s become a beloved tradition here at Brown and Caldwell (BC) as well.

To celebrate this year’s theme, Inspire 2 Aspire, BCers organized through their Professional Parents Employee Network Group and asked the special kids in their lives: When you flush the toilet, where does it go? Watch their adorable responses.
