ATLANTA, Ga., January 27, 2026 — Brown and Caldwell announced today that Paula Feldman, PE, has joined the company as Atlanta Market Leader, bringing more than 30 years of experience advancing water and wastewater infrastructure planning across the Southeast.

Paula will collaborate with the Atlanta leadership team to strengthen client relationships, advance strategic initiatives, and expand the firm’s presence across the Metro Atlanta region. Her background in utility planning, water resources management, and stakeholder engagement supports Brown and Caldwell’s commitment to sustainable, community-driven solutions.

Paula is recognized across the region as a trusted advisor for master planning, infrastructure strategy, and organizational visibility. Her experience includes directing multidisciplinary teams, shaping program strategies, and guiding municipalities through long-term utility planning decisions. She is an active and well-respected member of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP), where she has served in multiple leadership roles and currently serves as Vice President. Her presidential term is scheduled for 2027 to 2028. She is also a member of AWWA and has contributed to publications and technical presentations, including the ASCE Infrastructure Report Card, throughout her career.

Paula holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida.
