BC is honored to be recognized as a 2025 “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion,” earning a top score on the Disability Equality Index for the fifth year in a row. This recognition reflects our ongoing journey to create a workplace where everyone belongs and thrives.
The Disability Equality Index is the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool for disability workplace inclusion, measuring progress across several categories, from culture and leadership, to enterprise-wide access, employment practices, community engagement, and supplier diversity. Trusted by over 70% of the Fortune 100 and nearly half of the Fortune 500, the Index empowers organizations at any stage of the disability inclusion journey to foster a high-performing and future-ready enterprise. Participating companies receive a score on a scale of 0 to 100, those earning 80 or above are recognized as “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion.”
In 2025, we focused on further strengthening our foundation by re-evaluating our approach, deepening alignment across teams, and ensuring our actions set the stage for meaningful progress into 2026. As part of this, we continue encouraging voluntary self-identification to help us better understand our employees and shape the investment of company support and resources. This work supports how we advance accessibility and inclusion across the company and helps ensure our actions are intentional and sustainable.
BC’s top score reflects our company-wide commitment to celebrating, accepting, and embracing the individuality and unique strengths of our employee owners. As a professional service company, we are continually helping clients to push the boundaries of what is possible. Driving positive change for our clients and communities starts with making space for varied perspectives, backgrounds, and skills—where ideas thrive and new environmental solutions are born. Our commitment to inclusive behavior drives extraordinary outcomes and creates meaningful connections across our workplace, project teams, clients, and the future of water.
This award is evidence that our continued commitment goes beyond words to remove barriers and advance all of BC. At BC, belonging is for everyone and is centered around our values: act with integrity and connect with empathy. Our people deserve an environment where they are recognized, what they bring is appreciated, and how they grow is supported.
