When planning for a reuse project, the relationships between local agencies is a key component to success. In many cases, current wastewater system capacity limitations, existing disposal requirements, cost-sharing needs for future disposal options may all drive a wastewater agency to consider various reuse alternatives. This presentation will provide a framework to consider as the first steps in undertaking a new or expanding a reuse project. How does an agency think strategically?
